One of my friends decided to breed their little dog to help pay some unexpected expenses. Since I have bred animals in the past I volunteered to help if needed.
The day came around and the darling dog went into labor. I kept the nervous owners calm until it was obvious something wasn’t right. After consulting with the local vet we took the little mama in.
The vet wanted to help the dog deliver but his fingers were too large for the tiny animal. I volunteered and ended up with a crash course on birthin’ puppies the hard way.
Long story short I helped deliver 8 tiny little puppies for the anxious owners who are happy that their mama is recovering. I feel rather honored at the fact that I helped bring these babies into the world.
